Monday and I got right down to buisness. I ripped 45 minutes of
high octane cardio;

1)30 min treadmill

2) 2 times 1000 meters row

3) 5 min jump rope

Jessica Nyström’s Fundraiser for Ung Cancer

On 29 May 2013 at 18.00  Jessica Nyström will be hosting a fundraiser for the benefit of Ung Cancer, an organization that works to provide meeting places, awareness and education for youths who are living with the disease.

Jessica’s organized an art exhibition and the first 100 guests will receive a swag bag. A make up team from ByIzz will be on site as well as Ung Cancer who’ll be selling their popular Fuck Cancer Bracelets.

Lentil Protein Bomb

I’ve been back on my cooking as I enjoyed one too many croissants in Paris!

So here’s one of my favorites that lasts me for about a day and a half. I cook up some brown rice and throw together my lentil protein bomb that consists of;

1.) Lentils

2.) Eggs

3.) White beans

4.) Mozzarella cheese

I spice it up and throw a bit of hot sauce in there and BOOM! My taste buds are popping and I’m ready to go!

Planning This Week’s Meals

Paris was amazing! We didn’t hold back on the croissants and both Jamie and I are looking to eat clean and lean!

For those of you who are new to my blog, when I eat clean it’s 90% vegetarian. I have a little tuna and occasionally some salmon, but the past couple of years I stick to lentils, eggs, cheese, beans, avocado for my proteins and, of course, my Budo & Fitness Black Line protein powder.

#beastmode Phase Two

Yeah man it’s been four solid weeks of weights and supplements and I have not felt this strong or big in a long time. I feel that my body can handle just about everything I normally throw at it when I’m all systems go so even though it’s Saturday I’m game planning for a massive week five.

Marcus Taylor and I have had some great work outs. He has the uncanny ability of making me feel like the nanny, so I’m really pushing myself when we train. His wife told me he’s sore as hell so I guess I’m no slouch!

Anyway I’m going to make some food and plan a great kiddy day for our daughter. Talk to y’all later!

Paris, Je T’aime

Here are some photos from the long weekend I enjoyed it Paris. It was great to get some rest and relaxation. My travel companion was the lovely Jamie Sallmén. We stayed in Montmartre, explored the city and had a truly wonderful adventure.

We also caught up with my good friend, the staggeringly talented Gordon Cyrus, who shares his time between Paris and Stockholm. Here are some photos from his gorgeous home in the city. Later on, I’ll post some more photos of the sights of Paris as well as our visit to Gordon’s fantastically bohemian country cottage.

Good morning and happy Ascension Day! This was Kungsträdgåden this morning, bathed in sunlight and laden with bright cherry blossoms. It’s good to be back in Stockholm. I returned from Paris on Monday, spent time with my daughter and dove head first in to a busy work week. I’ll be blogging some photos from my trip as soon as I have a free moment. My weekend getaway has got me fired up and ready to go! A lot of amazing things are happening and I’ll be sharing them with you very soon. It’s going to be good fun!
