Here comes the first move from Molly Rustas Bikini Work Out 2013! I call it the Bun Burner and here is how it works:
1) Place a rubber band around your ankles .
2.) Stand tall with firm posture.
3.) Lock your knees and push your ankle as high as you can towards the ceiling.
4.) Do this for 30- 60 seconds or 10-30 reps
