The Molly Rustas Beach Work Out 2013 feature begins this week! I invite you to participate in this journey and build your best beach body. I’ll be giving you power moves, nutrition tips and taking your questions on my facebook page and in the comments at

All you need is motivation. Molly is a great example. She is still in high school and I train her before class, which speaks volumes about her character and drive.

The sky is the limit. If you really put your mind to it you’ll achieve results every week. Just remember nutrition, cardiovascular exercises and strength training are equally important.

Here’s a personal trainer tip: measure your progress by journaling or blogging it. Start today and ask yourself the following question: How far can I go if I make no excuses?
