Dynamic Day of Cardio and Weights

Tobias and I had another powerwalk this morning! Remember if you want to succeed at losing weight and building well-defined muscles consistency is the key. I’ve been working hard for two months now and now that I’m in the home stretch it’s time to take it to the next level. Here is what’s on for today:

1) Morning: 1 hour of crawling i.e. swimming.

2) Midday: quads, calves, abs, chest and biceps.

3) Afternoon: sunbathe and work on my secret project.

4) Evening: 45 min heavy bag and jump rope routine (don’t worry Dr. Rosander, I’m taking small jumps!)

There’s nothing like fitness bootcamp to help keep you motivated and energized. I hope you’ll tag along next time around!
