High intensity workouts to burn fat and lose weight is the focus for Week 6 on the Road to Definition. I’m sticking to the routine I’ve demonstated here on the blog over the last five weeks, building muscle and burning fat.
After a great weekend I watched some UFC and followed the Eagles 30- 6 loss online – yummy! Then I hit the sack. When I woke up I had a banana and rode Betsy, my bike, to the gym where I got to work!
After my first client I trained my:
1. Back
2. Triceps
3. Shoulders
I ran those in circuits for one hour! Tonight plenty of cardio at the pool awaits!
