Week 5: So Far, So Good

Week 5 has started off great. Saturday and Sunday were ”eat days”.  I didn’t over do it but it was the first time I ate something other then what you’ve seen here on the blog.

So far this week, I’ve done two weight sessions and two swim sessions so I’m on point and feeling strong!
